Warranty Policy

We provide full commercial warranties on all our products and will manage any warranty claims for you. We have the capability to do a range of office furniture repairs in-store or, in some instances, at your place of business.

All goods sold by All Office and Business are covered by warranty and consumer guarantees in accordance with Australian Consumer Law 2011 and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

"Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure."

Warranty is not transferrable. The goods must remain in the title of the orginal purchaser / customer at date of invoice for warranty to be valid.

The goods must be returned to All Office and Business or one of its warehouses., If your product cannot be easily returned please contact us and we will arrange for the product to be assessed. Proof of purchase must also be provided.
