A refund, exchange or credit note is available where goods are faulty or do not match their description. You must retain and present your tax invoice as proof of purchase.

Goods that are supplied in error or are defective may be returned to All Office and Business for replacement or credit provided notice is given within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

No claim for replacement or credit will be accepted without the tax invoice and original packaging. If the goods have been damaged by the buyer, replacement or credit will be at the discretion of All Office and Business.

Note: Delivery charges are NOT refundable.
